We're a small team of operators, engineers, and healthcare veterans doing something genuinely new. If you want to work on hard problems at the intersection of AI and healthcare, we want to hear from you.
We measure ourselves by what actually happens in the businesses we run. If a client's cash flow improves, that's a win. If it doesn't, we fix it. There's no hiding behind process here.
With sellers, with clients, and with each other. If the answer is no, we say no. If we got something wrong, we own it. Straight talk is how we build trust over the long term.
Healthcare doesn't forgive errors, so we build carefully. But we don't let perfect be the enemy of done. We ship, we learn, we improve โ and we keep patients and providers at the center.
Everyone here is building their expertise. We share what we know, we push each other to grow, and we make sure the people who deliver results have room to advance.
We're not flipping this business. We're building it for decades. That means making decisions that hold up, treating people well, and growing something we're all proud to be part of.
Revenue cycle isn't abstract finance โ it's the system that makes sure providers get paid so they can keep their doors open. We take that seriously every single day.
We hire for skill, curiosity, and character. Every role here touches real healthcare operations, which means the work matters and the standards are high.
You'll build EHR integrations from scratch, work directly alongside billing teams to understand their workflows, and feed what you learn back into our RCM data platform. RCM and EHR experience required. This role is a foundation โ as we grow, you'll build the team and playbook around you.
Design, build, and own our core task pipeline, data infrastructure, and cloud platform. You'll work with EDI transaction sets (837, 835, 270/271) and HL7 data, build scalable AWS pipelines across EHRs, payers, and clearinghouses, and establish DevOps practices including CI/CD, Terraform, and Kubernetes. This role transitions into platform ownership and potential team leadership.
Write the code that touches insurance portals, clearinghouse integrations, and web-based portal orchestration. You'll build and maintain automation scripts targeting payer portals and clearinghouses, develop custom dashboards, and collaborate with data and IT teams on integrated workflows. RCM experience required; Playwright in production is a must.
Straddle legacy on-premises infrastructure and modern cloud environments. You'll handle day-to-day legacy system issues, aid the cloud migration effort, manage AWS services, licensing, MDM, and email servers, and make sure RCM workflows run without interruption. RCM experience preferred. Leadership track with a plan to grow your role into a full team.
We're always interested in exceptional people. If you believe in what we're building and think you'd add something, send a note to Recruiting.
Market-rate salary plus meaningful equity. We want everyone here to have real upside in what we're building.
Work from wherever you do your best work. We're async-friendly and built for distributed teams, with occasional travel for key moments.
Medical, dental, and vision for you and your dependents. We cover the majority of premiums because it's the right thing to do.
Annual budget for courses, certifications, books, and conferences. We invest in your growth because your growth is our growth.
Take the time you need to recharge. We track results, not hours. We genuinely want you to take real vacations.
You'll work directly with founders, shape how the company operates, and have real influence on the direction we take. This is ground floor.
